3 Things We Can't Wait for This Weekend.....

Bonfire night is officially on Monday, but this weekend will be fireworks galore!
Check out where to catch a firework display across the Bristol area this Bonfire weekend.

Downend - Friday 2nd November Time: gates open at 5.30pm, children’s display is at 6.30 pm, the main display is 7.30pm Address: King George V Playing Fields, Sutherland Avenue, Downend, Bristol. Entrance one is located off of Sutherland Road and entrance two is off of Westerleigh Road. Tickets: £3.50 in advance (available from various shops in and around Downend). Gate prices are £4 for a child (small child in arms/pram is free), £5 for an adult. Online tickets are £4 each.

Bristol Zoo Gardens - Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd November Time: 4.30 pm – 6.00 pm, display starts at 5.30 pm Tickets: Adult £6 (member £5), child £4.50 (member £3.50), family £18 (member £15) tickets will be more on the door if any remain.

Chew Valley Rugby Club - Friday 2nd November Time: Gates open at 7pm, display at 8pm Address: Chew Hill, Chew Magna, Bristol, Avon BS40 8UE Tickets: Call 01275 333660 ‎for details.

Bishop Road - Saturday 3rd November Time: gates open 5.00 pm, fireworks display at 6.45 pm Address: Beauchamp Road, Off Bishop Road, Bishopston, Bristol, BS7 8LQ Tickets: : £3.50 (adults), £3.00 (children), on the door £5.00 (adults), £3.00 (children), free entry for under 3s. Tickets from Bishop Road School PTFA, lashings Coffee House (260 Gloucester Road), Oddsox Shoes (204 Gloucester Road), Iota (167 Gloucester Road) and Sweet Pea (127 Coldharbour Road).

Thornbury Round Table - Saturday 3rd November Time: 5pm - 9pm Address: Mundy Playing Fields, Thornbury, BS35 2AE Tickets: adults £5, children £3 on the gate. Discounted tickets available from local shops at £4 for adults and £2 for children.

Canford Park - Saturday 3rd November Time: entrance to the venue is on Canford Lane or Abbey Road with admission from 6.00 pm, the display starts at 7.00 pm Address: Canford Lane, Wstbury on Trym, BS9 3NX Prices: in advance £4, on the gate £5. Under 3s free.

Puxton Park - Saturday 3rd November Time: Doors open from 6pm, fireworks start at 8pm, close at 10:30pm Address:Puxton Park, Cowslip Lane, Hewish, Weston-s-Mare, N.Somerset BS24 6AH Tickets: £4 per person before the night, £5 on the door tickets

Knowle Cricket Club - Sunday 4th November Time: 7.45pm to 8.15pm Address; Broadwalk, Bristol Tickets: Adult £5, Child £3, Family consisting of 2 adults and 2 children cost £12

Trinity Centre - Sunday 4th November Time: 7pm to 10 pm, Firework display starts at 7.30pm Address: Trinity Road, Bristol, BS2 0NW Tickets: free, donations are collected. You will need to present the event flyer as entry ticket; up to 4 people with 1 flyer; the flyer does not guarantee entry so arrive early

Bradley Stoke - Sunday 4th November Time: gates open at 4.30pm, hot food served from 4.45pm, firework display starts at 6.00pm Address: Jubilee Centre, Savages Wood Road, Bradley Stoke, BS32 8HL Tickets: Entry point charitable collection

Gloucester Cricket Club - Sunday 4th November Time: Gates open at 5.00pm, children's display 6.45pm, main display 7.15pm Address: The County Ground, Nevil Road, Bristol Tickets: Adults £5.00, Under 16’s £3.00. FREE Car Parking

Victoria Park - Monday 5th November Time: from 4.00 pm and lit at 6.00 pm. The site should be cleared by 10.00 pm - bonfire only, no fireworks.

Keynsham - Monday 5th November Time: Gates open at 6pm and the display is due to get under way at 7pm. Address: Crown Field Ground, Bristol Road, Keynsham, Bath and North East Somerset BS31 Tickets: Tickets will be available on the gate
